Gilan’s seasonal agricultural calendar varies from region to region. This calendar is somewhat different from where we are, the coastal region, with the mountainous and base mountain areas.
We plant some crops here, such as eggplant, pumpkin, green beans, fava beans, green vegetables, and et cetera. So we know when to plant them and how long to harvest them. But we don’t do all the crops in this area. Thus, we went to the villagers to prepare and complete the crops calendar, and we were able to collect information from them that we shared with you.
